This position reports to the Mayor and City Council. Responsible for all financial activities of the city, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, all financial reports, state and federal reports, council minutes, resolutions, ordinances, budget preparation, human resources and general office management. Must be able to work with the public. High school graduate or equivalent required. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, proficient with Word and Excel and must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Accounting and computer experience a must. Salary DOQ $20.00 per hour.
